Mollenhauer 5914H Modern soprano with B foot
Mollenhauer 5914H Modern soprano with B-foot recorder with triple key grenadilla
Mollenhauer Harmonish recorders - discover new playing spaces: Where other soprano recorders reach their limits, this Mollenhauer instrument opens up completely new playing spaces. The full, rich sound refines the high soprano register into an instrument that combines melodiousness with versatility. - B-foot: The modern soprano is equipped with the B-foot as standard. The longer instrument length associated with this gives the entire instrument particular tonal stability and balance. -synpor wood composite block: This special block gives the instrument an unprecedented musical resilience: The block core is made of the wood-imitating Kunmaterial Synpor, which is able to absorb blowing moisture thanks to its micropores, but does not swell. The Synpor core is surrounded by a stable and naturally grown cedar wood shell. - Harmonish recorders: When the fingerings of the first octave are overblown, a pure overtone series is heard, whereas on traditional recorders these notes overblow into impure notes that are at best usable as trill or piano fingerings. This at first glance inconspicuous ability of Harmonish recorders has extensive consequences for the possibilities of the entire instrument - an extraordinarily powerful, resilient depth and a range well into the third octave.
