Concert wind music doesn’t have to be heavy.
The PowerBUL harmonizes bass-heavy sound and a controlled overtone spectrum with a lightweight instrument.
By using alternative materials and a unique support technology, we succeeded in creating a generation of marching drums so lightweight that it was recognized by the Guinness Book of World Records!
Thanks to the reduced mass of the drum shell, the instruments simultaneously gain a power that makes them virtually predestined for outdoor performances.
Especially with large drums, every single gram counts. That’s why the classics of the Lefima UltraLight series have been made even lighter! Clearly easier on the back, they’re a real joy to play.
Unlike the BUL series, the drums in the P-BUL series offer the following upgrades:
stronger heads, additional tension screws in some cases, and a more bass-heavy shell/sound
