Army music corps have some of the highest demands on their instruments: a concise, sharp metal shell sound with a short, dry tone and direct response as well as robust quality paired with high-quality workmanship.
As in the army, the music corps also strives to use state-of-the-art equipment: And for marching drums, in addition to all these tonal characteristics, this means drums with a greatly reduced weight. For this reason, Lefima has developed the 'Special Force', a drum that combines all the tonal requirements in one instrument, yet weighs less than half the weight of conventional models.
