music world combines the advantages of online shopping with the purchase in one of our shops. From now on you have the freedom of choice. We have collected the most important questions and answers about payment and shipping.

What you have to know about our delivery conditions:


1. Shipping costs?


Germany: For shippings within Germany
delivery is free of charge (Purchase order value more than € 25,-). For orders less than € 25,- we charge € 5,- shipping costs. Cash-on-delivery items are computed additionally and independently of the purchase order value with € 5,-. 

European countries: For deliveries to other European countries we charge € 19,- flat for each order. (Switzerland: 29,00 €) In cases of very large and/or very heavy products  (Pianos, Bass and PA cabinets etc.), we charge higher delivery expenses, depending on the customer's country.


2. Payment on delivery?

Customers from other European countries
can not pay via cash on delivery. We just accept cash in advance (payment per bank transfer), Paypal or payment via credit card.

3. Payment via invoice?

Our German regular customers (minimum 5 made orders), we offer payment via invoice. This is not possible for customers from other European countries.

 
4. Who delivers the goods?

Our shipping partner is usually UPS. The package will be delivered quickly and safely. Delivery is from our stock to the customer's delivery address. We can ship the product to your home, your office or to any other delivery address within the EU.
 
If the commodities are very large and/or very heavy they will be delivered by a forwarding agency.

5. Delivery times?

We always try to execute the delivery as fast as possible.  Delivery time within the EU is in most cases 3-5 days. If the delivery cannot be immediately executed because the products are not in stock we will declare a delay in delivery of about ten weeks maximum. This delay in delivery will be extended in cases of force majeure, strike measures due to social conflicts, administrative measures or other unpredictable incidents which could not be avoided despite all preventive measures.
 
 
6. What should I do if my product does not fit or work?

You have the option within 30 days to send your products back. If the customer wants to make use of the right of revocation they have to inform us in written form (via e-mail, fax or letter) within 30 days after the conclusion of the contract or respectively to return the merchandise within t0s after the receipt of the goods. It is not necessary to give a reason for the revocation. In the case of a revocation in due time the consumer is no more bound to the declaration of intent he has given when concluded the contract. If the revocation was transmitted in written form, the goods immediately have to be returned after that. We usually transfer the money within 14 days by bank transfer or credit to your credit card account.

Customers from other European countries have to bear the costs of a return.
